Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Kara's Photography! To ensure a smooth experience, please carefully review our booking policy. Booking and Payment: For all services the standard booking policy applies. Your session is not confirmed until payment (a minimum deposit £100 for portraits/headshots, £140 for mini sessions & £350 events) has been received. Payment can be made via payment link, card, PayPal or bank transfer. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: • Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. • Late Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 48 hours before your scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged, and no refunds will be provided. • No-Shows: Failure to attend the session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your session fee. Refund Policy: • All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the photographer must cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. For mini portrait sessions: The full session fee of £140 must be paid in advance to secure your booking. • Duration: 30 minutes • Price: £140 • Includes: 6 professionally edited images All other standard booking policies apply.
